Accessibility Statement

We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible.

Our Commitment to Accessibility

Quest North West Ltd is committed to making this website accessible to everyone, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, speech recognition software or keyboard-only navigation. Accessibility is considered as part of the design and maintenance of the site, in line with our obligations under the Equality Act 2010.

Standard We Are Targeting

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. In practice this means the website is built with semantic HTML, keyboard-operable navigation including the mobile menu, visible focus indicators, sufficient colour contrast, descriptive link and button text, text alternatives for images, and layouts that reflow on small screens and at increased zoom levels.

Known Limitations

We are not aware of any significant accessibility barriers on this website at present. Some third-party destinations we link to, such as LinkedIn, are outside our control and we cannot guarantee their accessibility. If you encounter a problem we have not identified, please let us know.

Reporting an Accessibility Problem

If you find anything on this website difficult to use, or you need information in a different format such as large print or plain text, please contact us and we will do our best to help. We aim to respond to accessibility enquiries within five working days.
